Over five vibrant days, your young artist will dive into the bold, colorful world of Pop Art—where soup cans are iconic, colors are loud, and creativity knows no bounds.
From Andy Warhol’s legendary prints to Roy Lichtenstein’s comic book flair, Romero Britto’s joyful patterns, and Pete Cromer’s playful creatures, each session introduces a new twist on this fun, expressive art movement. Campers will explore bold techniques and bring their own “pop” to every project.

Why “Art that Pops”?
Pop Art is energetic, eye-catching, and perfect for kids! It takes the ordinary and makes it extraordinary with bright colors, graphic shapes, and unexpected twists. In this camp, your child will discover the works of iconic artists like Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Romero Britto, and Pete Cromer, learning how each one added their own “pop” to the art world. Through their unique styles, campers will build confidence, experiment boldly, and embrace their creative voices with no pressure to “stay inside the lines.” (Unless they want to, of course!)
What’s Included?
- Hands-On Learning: Every day is packed with engaging art projects using paint, paper, printmaking, and more. From Warhol-inspired prints to Cromer’s adorable animal collages, kids will create a collection of original masterpieces they’ll be proud to show off.
- Exploration of Art History: Your child will explore the origins of Pop Art and what made it such a radical, fun movement. They'll learn how artists like Lichtenstein turned comics into fine art, and how Britto uses bold color and pattern to spread joy. It’s not just art—it’s art with attitude!
